The term "Food Insecurity" stands for the situation that people find difficulty accessing to sufficient, clean and healthy food in daily life. The current condition may become more and more serious in Ontario. The biggest sign of the food insecurity problem is rising in Ontario is that there is a big increasing number of food bank, which have been set within Ontario in recent years. Families depend on food bank for clean food; however why is this happening? And how much is a family weekly costs on food? Research shows that for a family of four, the cost will be around $2oo per week, and that of course means the lowest standard of food supplies. There is more voice saying that the food cost is too high for low income families (Food Insecurity Increasing for Those in Need, 2017).
