How to Play:
You take the role of a retired detective, set in the year 2359. You have one night to find out what has happened to Dr. Lucien Janus, the geneticist who runs the Janus Institute. You will visit the sleeping city and try to solve various puzzles. Along the way, you will meet other people like yourself who are searching for a truth and a way of life. The decisions you make in the game can be one way, but it may also lead you to another way, a different life, or a different death.
Instructions:
From the main menu screen, you can start the game, switch to the chapter you want, and get clues to solve puzzles. You can replay the chapters and see the different endings.
You also need to choose which character you want to play. Each character has a different personality, skills, traits, and looks. Your decisions while playing the game will affect your relationships with other characters. The game will also warn you about a moral choice you need to make.
If you want to solve a puzzle, you need to follow a flowchart. You have two options to progress - time is limited, and that will also limit your choices. You have to think ahead and make the right decision to move forward. The puzzles in this game are similar to those in Tristan McNeill's books such as Jack Salom’s Sea of Tranquility.
You need to find out the truth, but you need to make wise decisions. How you make choices will affect the lives of people in the game - your friends, your friends’ family, the characters you meet along the way, and even yourself.
The basic gameplay consists of switching between three screens. One is a screen with the story, characters, and puzzles that you need to solve to find out the truth. Another is the puzzles screen, where you need to see a set of green, yellow or red cubes next to the puzzles. The last screen is the flowchart of game where you will see a set of blue cubes, and a red box. The blue cubes are the cubes that you need to click to see the flowchart.
If you're looking to relax, this game is the right game for you. Clean Slate is fun, simple, and well-written. The story, puzzles, and flowchart will ensure that you won't be disappointed.

I reinstalled the game several times and still have the same error. I don't have any save files on this version of the game so I don't know what happened.

Actually, I'm going to answer my own question. I wish I can give a better answer but I'm genuinely not sure what was going on.
I eventually figured out that Steam doesn't like the version of this game I'm using which is 2.3. What happened is I was running from the PC Game folder onto the steam app on my Xbox. I cannot run the PC version from the Xbox because the xbox only has one disc drive which doesn't have space for the game to run.
The way I got around this is I took the PC version of the game and reinstalled it into steam on my pc and then ran steam on my Xbox. It actually worked to run it.
So that's the problem and the solution. If anyone knows of a way around this or has a better answer, I'd love to hear it.

Mila Alternative Drug Screening Program Announced
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – NOPD says the Mila Alternative Drug Screening Program has been in effect since 2015.
Testing has been going on at community health centers in New Orleans and at hospitals around the city since January 2017.
According to NOPD, in the first four-month period of testing, there were more than 4,000 tests, led by hospitals who only tested a few hundred samples per month.

The game is played on the 2D-level. It features six different endings, where each ending leads to a different hidden world. Within that world, you have to meet a number of set challenges. Then, when you complete each set of challenges, a new world is revealed, along with an object that you must interact with to advance to the next stage. As you progress through the game, you also find all sorts of items that can help you move forward and complete different challenges.
Game "Train" Gameplay:
The game is played on the board-game level. The game is centred around a train. As you play the game, you must advance along the game board and collect items along the way, while also avoiding obstacles in your path. At the same time, you must not lose the train; if it does fall off the board, it is lost and you must start the game over again.
The series is known for having so-called "undertale clones" of the battle with monsters to see who remains standing, along with a picture of the main character, and suddenly, the player has to guess how it is connected to the story.
