## Getting Started with Photoshop
To open a file in Photoshop, use the following steps:

Basic tools:
Color filters: You can apply filters to your images. You can change the color of the image, add contrast, add distortion, or make your images look more alive.
Elements' basic color tools
Add contrast: You can increase or decrease the contrast of your image. You can also change the color of the image and the brightness.

Resize: Resizing is the biggest tool in Elements. You can resize the image in different directions. For example, you can create a smaller or larger version of the image. However, you can only do this in rectangular shape.
Rotate: Rotating an image is very easy. You can use this tool to rotate the image from 0 degrees to 360 degrees.
Glow: You can add color to a small or large area of your image with the Glow tool. You can either use a solid color or a gradient to define your glow.
