Working Out Loud Circle Mentor Training #WOLcmt by Bosch & Daimler

The first cross-company Working Out Loud (WOL) Circle Mentor Training #WOLcmt by Robert Bosch GmbH and Daimler AG took place on January 29-30th, 2018 in Stuttgart. Over 30 highly engaged participants got trained by Sabine Kluge and John Stepper as well as used the open space to exchange their experiences & expertise about the method #WOL. Our goal is to make it easier for everybody to start a circle and stick to it, reduce the entry barriers and offer support when needed / requested. All in a lightweight way as an offer and without sacrificing the powerful self-organized core of Working Out Loud.
