Price:
I myself find the pricing of Stüssy products to be in line with the quality they provide. Not too expensive but still paying a good amount for well produced, comfortable clothing. I would (and have) happily spend £150 on a jacket as I know it'll be durable and something I would continue to wear for years to come.
When it comes to street wear, other brand products can sometime be quite costly and get away with it as "hype" culture allows them to do so. Stüssy falls somewhere in the middle of the price range. Some products, like collars with other designers, can cost a little more than just the brands own products. With teeshirts ranging from £45-£70, Stüssy is a sometimes cheaper, but still highly regarded, street wear brand.
The effect of the price of Stüssy products has on the perception of the brand, in my opinion, is a positive one. As stated, a lot of street wear brands can charge sometimes ridiculous amounts for their products where as Stüssy is more affordable. This creates the feeling that Stüssy is more about the common, everyday person who doesn't have £350 to spend on a tee but still wants to contribute and participate in the street wear movement.
