1. Equitable Use

2. Flexibility in Use 
accommodates a wide range of individual preferences and abilities. It encourages flexible, adaptable and/or customizable design. 
it takes into account individual preferences and allows the users to choose how they will use a product.
3. Simple, Intuitive Use
to understand, regardless of the user's experience, knowledge, language skills, or current concentration level. 
reduce complexity and mental or cognitive loads.
4. Perceptible Information 
communicates necessary information effectively to the user, regardless of ambient conditions or the user's sensory abilities.
whether it’s communicated via text, photos, audios or videos, make sure that the information is easy to digest and access.
5. Tolerance for Error 
minimizes hazards and the adverse consequences of accidental or unintended actions.
6. Low Physical Effort  
can be used efficiently and comfortably and with a minimum of fatigue.
7. Size and Space for Approach and Use
appropriate size and space is provided for approach, reach, manipulation, and use regardless of user's body size, posture, or mobility
