I have seen improvement in just a few weeks, my feet can go flat in downward facing dog, not a big deal to some but it was to me! But I like Jacqui the most. She has a meditative voice and radiates kindness. I never get tired of listening to her and strangely when I think something like WOW in class I actually shake, she says you should shake! The Pilates class is completely online, which means you can do whatever you want, wherever you want - all on your own schedule. And no equipment is needed. In general, there are no excuses! I taught in kindergarten, in hotel rooms, even on a sunny day in the park. Coming to class is half the battle. As hard as working out is, finding the time to get dressed for the gym is often the hardest part. Personally, I try my best to stay motivated
