The four bases to be considered Flipped Learning:
F- Flexible Environment: Teachers physically rearrange learning spaces within classroom to suit a lesson or unit being taught. Educators expectations: Flexible with the amount time student learns the lesson and with assessments. Students have a choice of how/where they learn.
L- Learning Culture: shifts from traditional approach of teacher centered to student centered. Topics are explored or examined more in depth and students are coherently in control of learning with the goal of it being meaningful.
I- Intentional Content: In Flipped Learning teachers must be intentional about what content and materials they will use to teach and what students will learn independently. It's student centered with a emphasis to have students develop conceptual understanding and fluency in procedures.
P-Professional Educator: Is very important and demanding of educators to do their professional duties for student learning. Educators are to deliberately observe students while learning and give relevant feedback. Educators are to assess student work as well intentionally.  An example of Professional Educator is to collaborate with other educators to improve instruction and have to students to stay on task with learning.

Items
