CONCLUSION
The NETGATE telecommunications system is the first full-featured Russian provider whose activities are based on modern telecommunications technologies, which allows it to be based on an international level and has broad prospects for dynamic development.
As for foreign providers, in practice they usually provide services based not on unification, but on the distribution of market shares according to different standards. This can negatively affect the quality of their services and created the illusion of "market competition" with such unreliability and chaos of market relations. Cellular operators have a large number of thousands of their subscribers in their networks, and, of course, keep their subscribers highly dependent on their own style of operation and on the prices accepted in the market. At the same time, they have the opportunity to set their own prices that do not contradict federal values.
Their main mistake is that they underestimate the external flows of information that are not yet under their control. Their excessive overestimation of the capabilities of their systems and the abuse of the availability of network technologies for solving their highly specialized tasks often leads to inefficiency and confusion in their activities, and as a result, to unreasonable lax decisions.
The lack of full and comprehensive control, as well as an adequate response to emerging problems, lead to crisis situations, when one part of telecom operators ceases to operate altogether, another leaves the next group of customers without a communication system, and the third is on the verge of bankruptcy. This, in turn, prevents the elimination of the causes and factors associated with a sharp drop in the activities of Russian mobile operators, and also increases the risk of a number of emerging problems not being resolved in the future.
