Reflection on Chapter 2
In this chapter, I have learnt that it is important to fulfill the customers’ wants and needs which in return the business result in building a strong customer relationships where helps the business to have loyal and new customers. Understanding the customers’ preference may seem easy, but it does not since its require a thoughtful and detailed analysis. Besides, I also gain an understanding on the role of information system to achieve competitive advantages. Since information systems are always changing, company need to adapt with every changes and learn to grows better. 
This chapter may seem unfamiliar for me now as I am still a student and I can’t applied this knowledge. However, I learnt that a ‘real’ world outside there is full of competition and improving myself with knowledge is important to be able to compete outside there. It is not who achieve success at the first place but it is how we adapt the knowledge that we have in every situation. Same goes to the business, it utilized the information and data that they have to maintain in a long period. 
This topic is really useful to learn as every business, operation or organizations that exists do apply all these theories to survive. Therefore, even if one day I’m not working as the one who manage the business, but I still have knowledge to help the company that I’m working to strategize the business plan. 
In my opinion, this chapter is easy to understand and lots of writings can be read as a reference.
