We are a sociable running group based in the centre of Manchester, meeting on a Wednesday night at The Wharf pub in Castlefield at 6:30pm for a 6:45pm run. There's a 5k, 7k, 8k or 10k option and we head to the pub for a pint and chat afterwards.
