If you are already proficient in web development, get started with  TypeScript and take advantage of typing associated with Object Oriented Programming. Angular recently released version 12 !
In any case, there is no better framework than another. They are different in their philosophy and their use. The end product you build will be the product of your imagination. Arguing about the technology used is pointless. The important thing is to consider the user experience and to make their navigation on your site/application as smooth as possible.
