The Temperament career assessment is based on Jung's personality types and has helped to understand my working style in relation to my personality.
The result from the assessment suggested I enjoy working in environments with less social emphasis but lots of time to work. It also mentioned that INTJs (Introvert, Intuition, Thinking, Judging) are natural leaders: therefore, suggests careers in project management and business administration.
However, there are things negatives identified of my personality type which I can improve to prosper in my chosen career/ the workplace:
1) When in groups, I should praise colleagues more and be less critical.
2) Sometimes, I should be calm when things don't go as planned, instead, I should let things happen and "go with the flow".
3) I should learn to control my impatience.
4) Standards are good to have, but, sometimes I should be okay with the standard things currently are, and not "escalate standards".
