MyData is a comprehensive and intuitive application designed to be a simple flashcard creator and manager, but can also be used as a basic editor, to store personal drafts.
Set your own database and design your structure
The app doesn't require any prior setup to start, it comes with two separate executables, for -bit systems. Run the one that it's suitable for your computer. Since it's portable, it can be launched on any PC, and doesn't generate new entries in the registry.
It's wrapped in a stylish and user-friendly layout, with a basic toolbar in the upper part of the window, a file tree, and the word editor. To start, set up a new database, by picking the destination path and title. In addition, you may input a custom password, to secure the data from unwanted people. Multiple databases are supported.
Enter photos, bullet lists and pick the desired fonts
You can import existing documents from the computer, in RTF format, and alter them further. A main node is required, in order to start the tree structure. It's possible to add as many card children as you want.  Unfortunately, you can't select a custom icon for each category, since there is no such option.
There aren't too many functions you can pick from, coming only with the basic edit elements (cut, copy, paste, delete), and the formatting ones. You can change the font type, text and background colors, style, and size, as well as enter bullet and number lists, suitable for definitions. Plus, the app lets you insert images, by dragging and dropping them into the panel, and resize them to properly fit with the content.
To sum it up
Taking everything into consideration, MyData is a useful and approachable program that comes in handy when you want to create and organize flashcards for school or various projects and customize them with pictures and lists. It also comes with a password protection feature.
* Note: If you do not have the selection facility to choose a custom icon for each category, you can use these default icons to replace the ones present in the category. On the other hand, if you already have a completely different icon, you can change the category icon by replacing it. You can use the function Edit in the menu.

This multifunctional flashcard app allows you to create, arrange, and export your flashcards for studying, both for school and business, but it also serves as a flashcard manager with password protection.
With its intuitive and user-friendly interface, you will be able to create, edit and manage your flashcards right in your browser without the need of installing other software packages. 
The app comes with three files and two executables to work on any -bit system. 
• MyData.exe - All the general functions.
• MyData_x64.exe - This is the 64 bit version.
• MyData.rtf - This is the RTF file that allows you to export your flashcards and the database.
How to install
1) Download the two executables - this is for 64-bit systems.
2) Run them on the same folder where you downloaded the program.
3) On the first run, you will be asked to choose the folder where you want the app to be saved.
4) You can create an individual database, so you can have several categories with different schemes, and to save each category you can pick the destination folder and title.
