The game begins at a theater, where a film depicts a Robloxian tribe's daily life. Meanwhile, across the ocean, a mysterious dinosaur creature is spotted by a ship. As the ship sails in closer, an unknown force makes the ship crash into the jungle. Several of the ship's passengers are killed, but the captain awakes to a tribe of Robloxian natives who are busy harvesting jungle plants. One of the natives (voiced by Jaiden Animashaun) invites the captain to enter an island known as "Roblox", where they must search for a stone idol to restore the dead passengers' souls to their bodies.
After the captain arrives at Roblox, they will be greeted by a Robloxian maiden who tells the story of one of the island's elders. The captain and native then enter an overgrowth of trees where they find an ancient temple. After the captain defeats the temple guardian, they open a door and enter the main temple. There, they will find a series of sliding doors, each guarded by a different tribe of birds and animals. The captain must defeat each tribe's guardian to reach the idol and restore the passengers' souls.
The game ends after the captain defeats the idol at the top of the tower and the spirits are returned to their bodies. Upon returning to the beach, the captain and some of the tribe's children talk with the surviving passengers. The passengers and crew then return to their ship as the captain is seen writing "Roblox" in the clouds.
