This analysis uses data from three NodeXL extracts obtained at the start of June 2020. The analysis focuses on 29 May 2020 to 03:00 on 1 June 2020 (UTC), using data on 11,530 tweets by 1,811 tweeters, with 27,962 retweets received. Of these posts 224 (12%) tweeters received 80% of all retweets, while 619 (34%) tweeters received no retweets. Overall there were 7,644 accounts tweeting and/or retweeting using #ASCO20 hashtag - 850 (11%) just tweeted, 5833 (76%) just retweeted and 961 (13%) both tweeted and retweeted. 
Over the same period there were 200 tweets posted using the #GOASCO20 hashtag (gyne oncology), with 262 retweets. In total 38 accounts tweeted and/or retweeted using the #GOASCO20 hashtag - 5 (13%) just tweeted, 28 (74%) just retweeted and 5 (13%) both tweeted and retweeted. 
Note that the figures distinguish between tweets (original content posted by a tweeter) and retweets (content shared by retweeting). Third party social network analysis tools tend not to provide this distinction, reporting "tweets" as tweets + retweets, and "tweeters" as tweeters + retweeters. I have ensured that there is no double counting. Third party tools do not always account for such duplication. The full data are available on the NodeXL graph gallery. 
The top 20 tweeters (by retweets received) using the #ASCO20 hashtag are shown below. The top hashtags (by retweets received and also by tweets posted*) are then listed and shown in interactive word clouds - open the link to the word cloud and click the words to see the original tweets listed chronologically. Finally, the top tweets are shown using the following rules:
29 May - 65 tweets with at least 21 retweets
30 May - 70 tweets with at least 18 retweets
31 May - 67 tweets with at least 14 retweets
The top #GOASCO20 tweets are listed using the following rules:
29-31 May - 34 tweets with at least 6 tweets and/or retweets
* These figures have been updated - I noticed that there were some duplicates - tweets that had used the same hashtag twice (n=185). These duplicates have been removed from the tables but not the word clouds. The latter are maximised to fill space rather than being strictly to scale.
