How do we use a lens of equity when adopting curriculum?
How can we ensure that there is diversity in our students? 
How do we promote openings in CSUH, SJSU, how do we try to leverage our community to promote diverse staff. Recruitment becomes the issue.
Wording is there but the language isn’t as progressive as we need it to be.
Questions about looking at other ARs and looking at ARs through the lens of Equity.
How does the AR move us into a place of driving our work. 
The wording is dry and doesn’t speak to the work
Do we need a Anti-Racism Policy for the district?
How do we marry the policy that is more focused on our work?
How do we make the most impact?
How can we support teachers who do not want to have these conversations?
Do we want a broad policy that has no depth? Or an AR that has no teeth?
