Building Asset Based Relationships

For my students to be successful I work to keep differentiation at the forefront of my planning. As a result, for me to truly plan and teach effectively for my students I need to know them, their backgrounds and their families. Thus the goal and project that has held my focus is building asset based relationships with my students and their trusted adults. We are a community.
