A. Introduction: Keeping a diary can be fun because it is yours! In years to come you can look back on it and remember exactly what you were doing and what you were feeling on any given day in the past. It doesn't require a lot of work, but it does require a commitment.

Be organised: Write regularly
Be honest: Write what you want to write and what you feel. What is important to you. 
It is a good idea to not simply write about what you did, but also how you felt. This will give your diary a better flow and make it more interesting.
Decide on structure and tone. Will it be formal or informal? Will you write in the past tense or the present? Will you write in the first or third person?
