What benefits does providing daycare or childcare for employees have on a employer?

With the Covid-19 pandemic, many parents have struggled with returning or going to work because of not having the financial ability to afford daycare/childcare. Many parents have to choose between working or staying home with there child. My curation is of sources that prove that providing childcare for employees is beneficial to the employer and employee.
