Welcome to my journal! In this journal, I would like to express my thoughts and perspectives I have on the Capstone Course which I will be taking for the next 8 weeks. 
I hope to demonstrate my ability to apply my knowledge and problem solving skills, accumulated from conscientious studying and practical application throughout the year.  Hopefully this will help me effectively collaborate with my peers and work with them to solve problems and achieve a common goal. 
After completing my final writing product and project presentation, I hope my peers will view my project as having successfully created solutions for any problems that may have presented throughout the course, while incorporating my findings in an effective way. 
When looking at my own work at the end of the course, I hope to have established a more open and unbiased perspective should challenges arise in the future. 
My first encounter with the concept of micro-internship was right here in the Capstone Course. Having never been aware of the term until now, I find it quite an intriguing concept as it can be a valuable key to exploring career paths and helping to hone in on the direction I may want to go. I wonder, how do micro-internships differ from regular internships? Are they just as effective? I think micro-internships could very possibly help guide me when choosing my future career path after graduating.
The following are 3 outcomes that I hope to achieve by the end of this course:
I hope to work jointly with my peers in this course to effectively resolve ethical dilemmas and come up with innovative solutions.
When presented with a project topic, I hope to deliver a written and oral strategy and solution in an easily understood format.
By harnessing my strengths and talents accumulated throughout my undergraduate degree, I hope to develop an effective career planning strategy that will work for me.
