Racism and Resistance in Modern America

This unit covers a small segment of the modern history of racism in America. Due to the massive amount of potential topics, information, and events that exist, our study has to be severely limited in scope. For this reason, we will focus mainly on the experiences of Black Americans, but be aware that systemic racism has been experienced by many other races and ethnicities in the United States.
