Step 4: Post Marking Period Grades

Start with your 1st section and complete the full process. Then repeat the process for each additional class and section.

Select "Report Card" from the tabs menu at the top of the screen
The marking period open for posting with display on this screen.
Select the "Edit Final Grade and Comments" button above the appropriate marking period. You can quick fill down the columns with the green arrow to give the same letter, and adjust any student as necessary.
Enter your conduct and effort marks for all students using the drop down menus.
Enter an "F" override in the "Final Grade Column" for students that have a calculated grade below 50%
Enter an "I" override for any students that have had extended absences due to illness (mental health included). These grades will need to be resolved before the reposting window opens at the end of the next marking period.
Do not use override grade for transfer grades.
If desired add comments for students using the "Gradebook Comment Codes" sheet for reference.
When you are done select "Save Changes" and then "Post"
