The theme of this collection is talking about how social media is negatively affecting people. This subject was touched on in so many areas of media that this curation helps to bring some of those thoughts
together. 
	In this collection I am trying to teach that social media can have a devastating impact on people and more specifically the youth born after 1995. Here are a few negative outcomes that can impact people: FOMO (fear of missing out), depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, poor body image and most devastating, suicide. There are many ways these problems are being stated, and some touch on the problems but find that the creator of Facebook is more of a problem than the consequences of using social media outlets. 
	This topic is important because it seems to me that people are turning a blind eye to the devastating impacts social media is having on our society rather than finding solutions to help alleviate the mental conditions that are hindering many people today. I believe this is a conversation worth starting and dream that a positive solution will ensue as we learn to navigate the different areas of social media, and its impact on the people using it.
