Library Policies:
Students of all ages have a library card that gives them weekly access to books. Grades PreK-3 may take out one book per week.
Grades 4-8 may take out 2 books per week.
Students may keep their books for two weeks and can renew them up to 2 more times.
When students do not return their library books, they have access to library books during their library class time but cannot borrow a new book until they return the forgotten book.
On a monthly basis, overdue notices are distributed to students.
The notice includes the cost of the book. You may replace or send in a check or cash for books that you feel are permanently lost.
Students have the opportunity to influence the selection of new books by putting their choices for titles in our suggestion box.
We do our best to meet student interest and need.
