To add an article:
Click the plus sign where you'd like the article to appear in the collection below.
Notice that you can choose to put in a link, text, something from your Google Drive, a YouTube video, etc. You can search for something right in that field, too.
You can edit the picture and/or text that comes up with your article as desired. 
To comment on an article:
Click the plus sign below the article, and choose text (the second option). You can format your comments how you like. Comment away!
