Job Ticket is a product for job management, but the features are limited and the interface is not intuitive.
I like it because it has an easy to use interface. I like that the export is to a json file for easy importing.

I have a lot of reservations about JobTicket.
My first issue is that the software is buggy. Being able to add, remove and update information has been a non-starter. I think it was only about a week into using the software that I got the bug reports from a friend.
As a result of this, I have been using my non-developer friends to add or edit information. To get a new record in I had to tell them about it and then, when completed, have them upload the attachment to the website. It isn't until about a week later that the record will be updated on the website.
The other big issue is the limited features.
I would like a product that allows me to view all the details for a certain job. The only way I can find those things now is to open and close many tabs on the website.
Of course there are plenty of powerful products out there that do a lot more. I like the interface, but I think it needs some work.
Please note that I use it as a way to track various projects. I am not counting the number of jobs that I use it for.
