How I will adapt my current skills to thrive in the industry:
I will utilise my planning methodology to carefully market my work to entice the correct audiences. Regarding recruitment this would concern spreading awareness on job opportunities and delivering the benefits of the job role in an appealing manner.  My analytical skills are valuable as it allows me to assess information to make the most beneficial choice going forward. This allowed me to develop an eye for improvement, something easily transferable to most job roles. 
I am an adaptable, ambiguous and hungry to succeed. I have acquired great listening and communication skills during my time at university, I know these skills are be very beneficial when I transfer them over to the working world. I understand how to influence people to make beneficial choices, this is very different from manipulation, which causes conflict, some employees can confuse this with an influential ability. I am eager to learn, to gather a good knowledge of all issues I would be involved in, so I can give my all to achieve and help others. I take pride in my analytical skills and my ability to make pre-judgments on market trends, this is a valuable skill. From a young age I have had excellent numerous skills, and these are only doing to develop as I progress in becoming a credible employee. I have the ambition and work ethic to keep working hard to achieve my tasks.
