Currently, I’m teaching Contemporary Issues for Grade 10 students. I started using Wakelet just this year. I introduced this great app to my students last January of 2020. Luckily, before the lockdown due to pandemic of Covid 19 virus, my students were abled to submit their final output.
The title of the learning activity is Project Citizen. 
Project Citizen basically aims to teach young people how democracy works. It provides a practical, first-hand approach to learn about the complex system of government and how to monitor and influence it. 
My students work together in a group and conducted research in their community. They discovered some problems that they think the government is not handling at all, or not handling well. 
Project Citizen is an effective approach for education in democracy. It trains high school students in seeking public policy interventions to solve community problems.
