You get a tray which has a number of tabs, a top status bar, a small edit tray and a small status tray.
On the left you have the waveform trays with current cut, current cut sistem, value trays and a new cut tray for the new cut.
On the bottom you have the time line with the time for the cut and the selected cut.
The trays at the top, are split in a number of tabs to let you work as a low level plugin with per-cut settings for: phase mode, cut type (cut-global, cut-repeat, cut-user) the cut type for this is "cut-repeat", the cut length and duration, the value for each cut and the number of cuts you want to have per phrase. 
The status bar has a status for each cut with the duration for the cut and the number of cuts for that phrase.
The edit tray has a green handle which you move over the beats to modify their cut. A red handle lets you modify the number of cuts per phrase, as well as the duration and the type of the cuts (cut-repeat).
The edit tray has the time selection tool which lets you select intervals and create cuts using that interval.
The small status tray has the chancelores for each cut with the name of the cut and the number of cuts for this phrase.

There is also a free VST plugin called BBCut Express, which is "just" a re-write of the software into a.NET based plugin, hosted on Desura.  The plugin is free, but it's not released under the GPL license, but it's a 20kb.exe that requires no installation (however, you do need.NET Framework 3.5 or later installed).
