How to differentiate 
Content: Present content in a variety of ways that appeal to different learning styles and engage the senses. For example, provide the content in text, podcasts, videos, graphics, and manipulatives.
Process: Allow students to work in a variety of group sizes. For example, they can work as individuals, pairs, small groups, or the whole class. Think-Pair-Share is a great way to do this. 
Product: Give students a choice in how they produce their knowledge gains. For example, they can write an essay, give and oral report, draw comic strip, make a visual display such as a poster or PowerPoint, perform a skit or dialogue, etc.
Environment: Have flexible seating, create learning stations, foster a supportive environment.

The key is to give your students choices.
