HVR is a first-person action game where you can fly and fly around in combat.

Think of it as a successor to Nexuiz, only for simulators on the Oculus Rift.
The Tactical Combat League is a purely multiplayer FPS game with pilot avatars taking control of jets flying around a map. That map is a spectacular physics generated version of the world.
Your pilot avatar is equipped with various weapons and it's up to you to get the highest score against the other players.
The tracks themselves look like they could have been made from photogrammetry or computer rendering, but at least the generated shapes are interesting looking and as such more fluid and dynamic than your typical rigid polygonal shapes.
I'd recommend giving it a try.

I'm curious about this game myself. I have nothing against the idea of VR but I just don't understand why we need another game in the genre. There are several games that have VR modes already, and most of them seem really monotonous.
Iron Man VR - Don't even bother.
Project Napa - Another flawed game where you're a tank in a desert setting.
Project AMP - A very simple game with a very simple premise.
Out of Ammo - I don't even know what to say about this game. You keep shooting like there's nothing but you have a limited
