Create a New Map (SVG File) 
First select "File" from the main menu and then "New".  A new window will appear with the "Map Editor" header.  This shows that the program is focused on creating maps.  If you've just saved a map or loaded a map, you can use the existing file dialog to find the file you want to use.  If you want to create a new map, you can click on the "New" tab.  You will see that a new folder window will appear where you can create a new map.  The new map will be called "pymap_filename.svg".  The map you create in PyMapper will display in the SVG file
