May 2020 in the European Ombudsman's Office

The institutional communication of most EU institutions and stakeholders slowly resumed after a few months dedicated mostly to the COVID crisis response. We published our Annual Report, Emily O'Reilly participated in a number of interesting online events, and some important developments in key enquiries got the attention of the media in Brussels and beyond. Several colleagues took part in virtual panels and discussions while the Ombudsman hosted a digital seminar with members of the European Network of Ombudsmen.
