One big take away from today's meetings came from the Mind Body Wellness, it was about 'naming' your stressors. I feel like we do really take on a lot of stress in our jobs and being able to name it makes it easier to tackle and help us bring out the best of our mindset. I also was able to recognize when we get past the point of no return with our stress and it affects our sleep. That will be one area I focus on in the future and try to avoid this from happening.
Another take away came from the Stress or Success webinar. I think there have been many times this year that I have avoided doing something I enjoy to relax and rejuvenate. I plan to build those activities into my daily and/or weekly routines as I know it will benefit me in all areas of my life. The resource sheet given is also a good benefit that I plan to work on and see how it helps me regulate.
