Best way to encrypt a password?
I'm trying to come up with an easy way to store the users passwords for an iPhone app.
I was thinking I could just encrypt the password using AES, create a key/IV pair and save the key in keychain.
Is this secure?

More than secure, it's secure enough.   
Keep in mind that the key used for AES encryption is already securely kept by iOS.
Also, the point of the password is to restrict access to users' accounts; even if you decrypt the password, you still cannot log in.
Even if you were able to decrypt the password on the device and read it, you still cannot use it to authenticate - only the users can do that.
