Math! 📊 🧮️
We have been working hard in math! This fall we have been spending a lot of time practicing and reviewing our place value of large numbers, rounding, estimating, and adding and subtracting large numbers. We recently had a small assessment. These scores will be sent home in individual check-in reports later this week. As with all work, students always have the opportunity to redo-resubmit work/ assessments to improve a grade. If your fourth grader would like to do that, remind them of that choice and they can talk to me about how to make that happen. 
This week we will be venturing into measurement, conversions, points, lines and rays, angles, triangles and quadrangles as well as perimeter of rectangles. PHEW! There is so much to cover!
