"Gensokyo Defenders" is an enhanced remake of a game released in 2000.
The map is a fixed top-down view. There are a total of six rooms, and a bonus stage (Remade: Cirno's Story).
Compared to its predecessor, the "Gensokyo Defenders" is not only enhanced in terms of graphics but also added to features such as a save function.
In addition, new characters have been added in "Gensokyo Defenders" such as Yukari Yakumo, Toyosatomimi no Miko and Byakuren Hijiri.

The main menu gives access to users' global settings, game and training mode. 
Choosing the "Training" mode allows performing a training on the tutorial where the trial scripts are introduced to you, thus familiarizing you with the system of visual scripting.
The choice of the "Game" mode gives access to the first puzzle in the storyline - it is to find the cracks in the case and remove all the installed tools from the system. 
The game will be updated soon in the winter season, when they will make a new wave of puzzles to solve, and all users will get automatic access to new puzzles.
