Haute couture translates into French as dressmaking which is premium, high end, fashionable clothing, that is created and sewn from start to finish to suit you're disire by well known fashion companies. Their runway collections come twice a year in January and July items with at least 35 pieces and cost from 10,000 upwards.
Many do not understand why these peaces are so expensive but its because of their uniqueness, the technique and hours that goes into each pace of clothing which makes the price so high.
Haute couture companies are designers like Christine Dior, Chanel, Elie Saab, Givenchy, Frank Sorbier, Saint Laurent.
