Erection of a polytunnel and an agricultural barn. Similar applications for polytunnels and barns have already been refused, including application reference numbers MO/2020/2048 and MO/2020/1994. One of the reasons for the refusals was that “the proposed development[s] is[are] considered to result in unacceptable harm to the character and visual amenity of the rural area by reason of its cumulative impact on the appearance and openness of the character when assessed together with the approved development in adjacent land, contrary to Core Strategy policies CS13 and CS14 and Local Plan policies ENV22 and RUD14” This application appears to be no different.
