September 2018 in the European Ombudsman's Office

In September we issued a press release on the results of our investigation on the appointment of the European Commission's Secretary-General. We also hosted an event on the role of Ombudsman Institutions in Open Government during which the global OECD survey was presented. The Ombudsman gave talks during the Fundamental Rights Forum and the Network of European Citizenship Education conference.
