Within lesson 4 to 5, I understood that pollen allergy is affecting the huge population globally, such as industrialized area and it is a body reaction of immune system to the substance. Sadly, there are a few friends are suffering in the hayfever in every spring time. Especially a male friend, who got runny nose and it will trigger his tears come out uncontrollably. One day, I heard him sneezing, and then he used a piece of tissue paper to clean up his whole face, including eyes, nose.

Therefore, before learning pollen allergy, I thought he just have cold. After learning, the symptoms of allergic rhinitis he has shown are similar to the cold. 
Beside the lecture notes, I searched some prevention of pollen allergy to help my friends. 
let's give credit to the information provider, who is from Mayo clinic in US. 
Firstly, reduce the exposure to allergy trigger. If you came home from outside, it's better to wash and rinse the pollen from the clothes and do clothes hanging indoor, so the pollen will not stick on the clothes. 
Secondly, keep the air clean in indoor. Using high-efficiency filters, dehumidifier and vacuum to clean the context, then the symptoms of allergy will decrease. 
Thirdly, try some remedy in order to heal it effectively. Applying nasal spray before the symptoms begin, which  can ease the symptoms and no severe side effect, can give it a try.

In the COVID-19, my personal hygiene awareness increase a lot, and I realized that not only wear mask because of the covid, but also protect myself from the pollen allergy.
