Commissioners approve four alcohol licenses, vote to change the name of the Government Center, honor a Vietnam soldier, take more steps toward closing the Walker Road Landfill and approve park enhancements in Pleasant Hill during the Macon-Bibb County Commission Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, April 13.
