Your conceptual understanding can be clearly seen through your blog writing, peel the fruit strategy, PMI strategy ,interview, 3-2-1 strategy, continuum and letter writing.

PMI Strategy: You have listed the positives and negatives well. Through this strategy you have applied critical thinking skills. You have also successfully evaluated and analysed the line of inquiry. My personal favourite is the 'interesting section' where you have reflected on the fact that olden times were fun too and had that people in olden times spend more quality time with one another.  This shows that you have  been mindfulness during this assignment. Superb!
You have understood the concept of causation as you understood the circumstances that led to development of digital technology. I can clearly see that you can comfortably make use of the tool: continuum. You have also have shown integrity and have been reflective in your continuum. 
Your efforts are truly appreciated.
Just a suggestion to use CUPS Strategy which will help you to produce even more wonderful work (use it for assignments and descriptors too). 
You have truly shown ownership during this unit.
