I am having trouble after installing this software. Everytime when I play a video in any app the software force closes and I have to reinstall the software. It is a BUG in the Software. They did not answer my post on Google Groups since this is the only way I can post my complaints.

My computer have very slow speed and I will download that software not from link, but from maniagment option i will replace default manager. Please give me step by step guide
