Key Activities
This section is showing the business's key activities when running the Rate My Night Business. The business model canvas is good at assigning people to a department or section to take care of. The first key activities would be Rating reviews and sorting them out. Within our business it will be one of our main jobs and will need to keep it transparent. Another Key Activity within Rate My Night will be Signing Clubs and shisha spots to partner with Rate My Night. As a service and us wanting to display other clubs and bars, you will need sign up business partners. The last 2 Key activities are running and producing Posts for promotional Material and the last being Always making sure information is updated.
Key Partners
Within this section of my Business Model Canvas will be about our Key Partners to run Rate My Night. Since Rate My Night is a service, Key partners will be more important to connect with these partner. Our First initial partners will be Clubs and Bars within Manchester to start with then expand to Shisha Spots, Restaurants and Local Taxi firms. This links with our Key activities because we will have to sign these clubs and bars up to run Rate My Night.
Key Resources
This section will be going over the key resources for our Young Enterprise business (Rate My Night). This is the resources needed in place to run the business. The main first Key Resource is the actual Website. From college we studied IT and the impact of it within business and learnt a bit of code. So i started learning code outside university to use it towards this business since i want to use this business after University. This also links in with our other Key resource which is the Application. The application would be the main product due to the 21st Century and how much everyone uses their phones and application. The final Key Resource was the process of online advertising and expanding our brand name to be recognised.
Value Propositions 
The value proposition is the part of the business in which our main values will be in the business. As Rate My Night being a service and being based for the night economy. The main value will be solving problems and specifically the problem that can occur on a night out and the aim for Rate My Night is to solve the problem and try to make solutions and make going out more easier, safer and funnier to experience. Another value of Rate My Night will be that the website and application will be free to use. The last value for Rate My Night is on our B2B (Business to Business) which is promoting local and Small businesses such as. Local Taxi firms/ Restaurants.
Customer Relationships
This i would say is one of the most important section for not just our Business but for all businesses really because customers make up for the company's success and customer loyalty. The way we will keep our customer relationships is by first introducing incentive due to our target audience not having the best financial stableness so free things or deals can attract customers. Another will be that they will be able to leave a review as soon as your night is done. The Next will be communication, this can be from emails with the latest updates to being able to communicate with your consumers and seeing how they found the service and any improvements they would like to suggest to keep our transparency of the firm.
Channels
Within the section of BMC, Channels is the way you will be able to communicating with your consumers. Since Rate My Night is a service it will be based mostly online which cuts a lot of cuts since using the internet is free. The first way will be through Instagram in which we created 2 instagram accounts to reach our target audience. The First @ratemynight is the more professional approach which we will represent our partners in Manchester in which i can later on explain through our prices and packages from Rate My Night and the second account being @hatemynight, this is more our informal meme page in which we would post things that can occur on a night out. From this we can collect information from the comment section and also the questions and Q&As we do on the account to collect data in which we can use towards our marketing strategy. The other channels are Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and also obviously our Website and Application which would have constant updates.
Customer Segments
 This section is kind of self-explanatory but, this is about our target audience which links with Channels which was the reason of the channel we would communicate to the customers. The Reason is because the first is students from university and students mostly use Social Media and especially the Apps Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and twitter so it's important within the 21st Century to connect with your consumers. Our other customer target audience is young professionals, Works on bars or clubs, people over the age of 18 that can illegally go on a night out and as well as businesses themselves when wanting to partner.
Cost Structure
This sections is about the costs we will have to manage within the business, from expenses to sales and profit. The first is promotion on Social media platforms in which we will have to pay for if we want to expand our online reach. The Second is the cost of the app and website in which we could outsource but by keeping it internal has it's benefits. The third is the Price of the Domain name for the business and paying for web hosting and servers.
Revenue Streams
This section is the last which is the ways the business will make their money. One way for Rate My Night to receive revenue is through Sponsored Events will partners in which we could sell the tickets, another is commission on  our website / App in which we can sell the partners' events on our platform but take a fee of 6% each sale. Another way is Advertising the Clubs and bars on our platforms but is paid promotion.
