What is the 'best practice' when using 'pipenv install --user'?
I'm learning python and pipenv.
When I use the command 'pipenv install' to install the 'virtualenvwrapper.pth', I made some mistake and think that it will be obvious when doing pipenv install --user.
So can I always do pipenv install --user? Or is there a better way to do it?

pipenv install--user will install your packages to your user's environment.
As @detaro explained in a comment, it's a recommended way of installing packages.
A good option of installing packages is to use pipenv install  --package .

How to store this image in the database?
I need to store an image in my database. Actually this images are coming from an facebook stream of comments. 
The problem is that the image itself is so big that sometimes there is a problem to store it. 
So, the question is how to store the image itself, and not its binary? Can I do something like this?
For Example: The image above, I need to store the fullsize image in my database, not only its binary representation.
How do you store huge image to the database?

The simple answer is no you should not store binary data in the database. You should store the width, height, and, if you have generated the image, the file size.
The reason you should not store binary data in the database is because it is not portable. You can not guarantee that no matter which database you use it will be saved in some way that will allow
