Anthony Leotti (born February 25, 1958) is an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at the State University of New York at Cortland from 2007 to 2013 and at the University at Albany from 2013 to 2014.
Early life
Leotti was raised in Peru, New York and attended Peru High School, from which he graduated in 1976. He graduated from SUNY Oneonta in 1980 and earned his master's degree in guidance and counseling from College of Saint Rose in 1986.
Coaching career
Leotti began his coaching career at SUNY Oneonta.  He worked at Oneonta from 1985 to 1986, then began his college career as an assistant at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1986 to 1995.  He moved to SUNY Cortland in 1996, where he coached linebackers and special teams for eight seasons.   He became the defensive coordinator of the football team in the offseason of 2004.  He won the 2005 SUNYAC Coach of the Year award.
In 2007, he was named head coach of the football team at SUNY Cortland and would lead the team to four consecutive 9–4 seasons.  During his tenure the team won a SUNYAC co-championship and a share of the 2009 NCAA Division III National Championship.
In 2011, Leotti received a $365,000 raise, a $12,000 raise and a 5% raise to his salary of $150,000, and he was named the Sun Capital Conference Coach of the Year.  At the end of the 2011 season, Leotti announced his resignation to take the head coaching position at the University at Albany.
Leotti resigned as head coach of the SUNY Cortland football program on November 21, 2013, after three seasons at the helm, citing personal reasons.
