This application is designed to provide an easy way for you to control Windows Media Player with your keyboard.
The application requires Windows and a compatible sound card.  For example, at least one sound card must be recognized by the "HARDWARE DETAILS" tab of the "Windows Details" dialog.
Selecting a category allows you to specify a device that will be controlled.  You can choose Wave/DirectSound, Sound Card (for MIDI or sound synthesizer), AD/DA converter, MIDI/Network, Winamp, or Not Controlled.

The application allows you to choose your current volume.  You can also adjust the volume with the mute/unmute buttons or the up/down buttons.

You can control more than one Winamp from this application.  You can choose to control the Winamp that is open or all Winamp instances on your system.
Any file/directory present in your system's temp folder will be displayed in the "My Computer" window.  If a directory is selected, you will be able to control all the files in that directory.
The application allows you to share the control of the audio with other users on your local network.  To do this, a password must be specified.
You can also disable the sound devices.  When a sound device is disabled, it will not be controlled by the application.
You can enable or disable the OSD.
The installation is very simple and requires no additional software.
