Over the course of one week I spent a day each with every department of the business. Gaining an insight into some of the day to day/long term activities the managers are involved in.
 1. Marketing/Sales – Discussed consumer trends and demand using analysed data, the marketing plan for the following year, marketing tools used such as SEO and Social media marketing.
 2. Operations – Understood the manufacturing and packaging/delivering process as well as discussing room for efficiencies within the department. This involved a more hands on approach as I helped fulfill some of the process.
 3. Customer Service – Familiarized with software used to organize this department along with administration work to sort out rota’s and employee planning. 
In addition to this, I was also fortunate enough to spend some time with the CEO of the company who informed me on their detailed business model and strategy of the company.
